Every so often I get asked how to make a sandwich the way it was made at Myra’s. I thought it would be fun to put all the directions in one place.

A few things you need to know:
Onions are always fresh chopped yellow onions. A scoop is a ¼ cup. Black olives are the kind you get in a can. Greek olives are Kalamata olives. Pita was either toasted or put in the microwave with ingredients on top of it to heat it up. Herb Dressing recipe is below. If you click on a link, it will take you to the recipe for the ingredients for each sandwich. Have fun and make a sandwich!
