A toasted sesame dressing for salads, slaw and other things.
Is there anything better than sesame and garlic? Such a great combination. This salad dressing (or sauce) has a few great flavor profiles; 2 kinds of mustard, orange juice and vinegar, as well as fresh garlic. At Myra’s it was used as a salad dressing with romaine lettuce, topped with cucumbers, raisins and onions. It’s also great for marinating tofu, drizzling over white fish, or as a dressing for Asian slaw….so many possibilities!
Put Sesame Salad Sauce in a jar, so you can shake it up before you use it. A pint jar works perfectly.
